It will be REALLY interesting to see how Sidibe works back in. Thinking back to the first game, Griffin was coming off the bench, Sidibe was starting, etc.

Now, he only played 4 minutes before injuring his knee. But him being out for an extended period of time shifted Marek out to the 5, firmly inserted Guerrier in the starting lineup as the focal inside scorer, and moved Griffin into the starting lineup -- where he's one of the top scorers on the team. And also, this opened up some PT for Woody Newton [as a backup 4] that he might not have otherwise gotten, and he's produced.

Glad to have Sidibe back, because he offers more of an inside defensive presence, he's a solid rebounder, 5 more fouls, etc. but hopefully this doesn't upset the frontcourt chemistry. Net value, it's "good" that he's back, but JB now has some decisions to make in terms of rotation / PT.

We've got somewhat of a 'set' rotation, and this way CDB can ease his way back in, and play a few minutes here and there today, see how it goes, and take it from there for the next game, and the next.

Small ball - Kadary, Buddy, Griff, Q, Marek (Joe, Woody, Sidibe sub)
Big ball - Kadary, Griff, Q, Marek, Sidibe (Buddy, Woody sub)

My guess is they the injury limited his “lift” which impacted the trajectory, which impacted the shot
The legs are incredibly important to good shooting.

I’d imagine a bum groin muscle would impact shooting mechanics & accuracy.

Now that he’s healed up, we’re seeing the real Candyman.
