It wasn't great music either. There might have been some borderline yacht rock, I can't remember. Which I like, but not when my team is trying to snap the ball.

It wouldn’t have affected the game but it pretty disrepectful and blatant violation of ACC rules where if center in the ball ready to snap or on huddle when breaks there supposed to stop artificial noise.

It’s the only noise they had. On 3rd down their students did that pony hand thing instead of getting loud. Entire crowd was an elitist (friendly though) clientele, a lot different than the Cuse fans who traveled and are used to making it the loud house.

The tamest college football atmosphere I’ve ever seen. And at least half of them leave at halftime. Apparently this is a normal thing and not specific to this game. Their band sounded good but was totally mic’d up, which sounded like piped in music. And they definitely didn’t stop the music on time. As soon as it stopped, it was total silence. Beautiful campus though. And respectful fans.

I don’t profess to know much about SMU, but was surprised at all the empty seats on television. Football is huge in Texas and that team made the playoff last season.
