Here's my logic, and this is the same reason I (Eagles fan) didn't want the Seahawks to win. I didn't want to lose anyone from the "no Super Bowl" club. For college bb, I don't want anyone new in the semi-recent national championship club. So Wisconsin is who I don't want to win it. Next criteria is impact on our recruiting, so UConn can't win it. Since UK already gets the best class every year, let them win. It will have zero impact on the current cbb landscape.

ill take a couple crummy years for 3 national championships, 5 FFs.. I agree Syracuse is more consistent in Regular season, but it's not close when it comes to March the past 15-18 years... March matters way more
