Ugh. Those of us who enjoy it are going to be ripping our collective hairs out. It will be over the top generalizations. It will be venomous.

I'll be interested to hear DP's take being more of a media/Mothership expert, but yeah, Syracuse is going to get shat on by every Dingo and The Baby out there.

jb will be on all over tomorrow. He isn't taking this lying down. Bad choice of words

Why? I don't necessarily believe that, its not like they are protecting Bernie? They investigated it in 04 and put him on leave again. Why will they get crucified?

this seems like a good time to point out that sports talk radio is, in general, awful. listen to Stern or, if you don't have sirius, npr.

I hope he's lining up appearances as we speak. I'd go mike n mike, DP, herd, Rome, francesa, mad dog, and Axe

Only guy I listen to is Patrick and I look forward to his reaction. He handled the PSU thing very professionally.

Lol. NPR? I prefer my radio with a capitalist slant

Tomorrow moring might be a good day to turn to FM and a little rock in the morning.

Damage is done. Just like Penn State. Allegations, aren't allegations. They are facts, at least to the media and public. We're @cked.

Because most sports talk radio guys are eeeediots.

Get ready for a whole lot of WHERE THERE'S SMOKE!

C'MON - BOEHEIM RUNS THAT TOWN!

AND THE POLICE CHIEF WAS - GET THIS - A FORMER SU PLAYER! HOW CONVENIENT!

I've been working late and listening to this Mike North guy around midnight on Fox Sports Radio, and while he seems like a nice fellow, I swear to God, I cannot believe he's not mentally handicapped. The speech pattern, everything. I had a similar reaction to Looie as a kid.

I listen to 790 The Zone down here in the ATL and they were all over Paterno and PSU. Wanted them shut down, etc. From what I have seen so far, I can honestly see them trash these 2 jacka$$es tomorrow for a bs story. Looking forward to the ride to work in the am.

NPR does some really cool, largely non-political reporting. Some is weird, some is exceedingly liberal. But generally they have a lot of excellent interviews (Fresh Air) and just generally interesting story telling. I also listen to EconTalk podcasts from Stanford's Hoover Inst. but I tend to doubt many would be interested in that -- capitalist, libertarian, repub or dem.

I dont think JB will say 2 words today. Let it play out. Have to believe that Cantor and Gross have told him to stay tight lipped for now.

He already gave a full interview this morning on Gomez and Dave. But I think you're right, thats it.

You are overreacting. Allegations are one thing, having concrete proof is another. The Duke scandal will help us seing people will not assume this happened like they did with Duke. This is completely different from Penn State. No grand jury indictment. If this ends up being all BS it goes away.

Throw The Diane Rehm show in there as well.

Right sorry. I was referring to the national media.

DP touched it in hour 1... wants the facts to come out... love DP the anti BSPN

DP hasn't talked about it but I missed the 1st hour.

DP brought it up right at the beginning and said if more comes out he'll discuss it, but until then not much there.

At this point, all you have is a report started on ESPN, the fact that there is a new investigation into previously investigated charges that appeared to have no merit, and an Assistant Coach who was placed on administrative leave. That's really all you have to report. Anything else is speculation. It's not like there is a grand jury report that you can point to.

Reluctantly listening to Cowturd at the moment ... he is surprisingly cautious and not jumping to conclusions (especially since Cowturd always seems to have an opinion).
