This is so true. We can't afford to stumble. Even though much tougher opponents lie ahead, we need to roll tonight to keep momentum. Another very important game in the Fran Brown era, which could set the table for a later matchup between two top 25 teams in Las Vegas.

Looking forward to watching the coin flip with the captains before the game. Word is Derek McDonald will be one of our captains and Justin Lamson will be a captain for Stanford. Those two guys were roommates while Lamson was here and remain good friends today.

Will Grant move inside to Star this week with Chustnut bumping back to free safety and corner being covered by Lewis, Barnes and Bellamy?

Can we get pressure on the Stanford QB and not allow him to dink and dunk his way downfield?

Would like to see our offensive line dominate the LOS.

And will Ross Simmons get some run? Will our frosh RB as well. How about Specials hopefully much improved. I expect this to be a different bye week game. I think that Fran will have them prepared and i also think that being home after the bye is a big help. Im expecting SU to crush these guys

I actually think this is entirely possible. Stanfords defense is pretty bad. They have trouble getting pressure and only have 2 sacks all year. Very similar to GT and we know what McCord did to them. On top of that. The secondary of Stanford is probably the weakest unit on the defense. Sooooo you have a team that can’t generate a pass rush with a poor secondary going against a strong passing attack that is on fire right now. You do the math lol
