My experience with HR complaints is that, although they might not always be worthy of a fireable action, there is still something there to cause the action to be brought forward.HR complaints happen all the time. I’ve worked for, and with, many people who had HR complaints lodged against them.
Some were legit. Others not so much.
Clearly this was leaked to sabotage her AD candidacy. To suggest that Wildhack should have resigned when Kent hired her is ludicrous.
That's probably what happened here, although it's probably more of someone with a really strong personality "managing" as she always has, thinking she is still the number one person in charge.
Well, unfortunately she wasn't in charge and she probably stepped over the line by going against some JW directives, which he took offense to, and thus either hand delivered the complaint to the DO, or facilitated the leak.
It's a good thing Wildhack has a backbone. Now we will see if J. Michael Haynie has one as well. JMH, you are on the clock.
