Agree - as long as Bona attracts 1,000 students and three times as many alumni fans to the Dome for what would usually be another empty December home game, SU should keep sending them a guarantee check to stay on the schedule.
Hard to get on the fans when SU shot like 13% in the first half and Howard and Battle missed at least a half dozen great looks from 3 in the second half that would have put SU ahead. Was a brutal game offensively, that and the ND game last year were unwatchable. Luckily we saw the offense start to come together a bit in the second part of the season with Oshae's and Marek's development and we should restore order to where it belongs this season.

Agreed to an extent. But I’ve been to the Dome enough times to know that the crowd isn’t going to really get into a game like that until it looks like Cuse might lose and there’s 10 minutes left. Being such a reactive crowd in games against non name opponents certainly doesn’t give the team much of a lift.
Hopefully the crowd comes into this one fired up and gives the team a lift and drowns those Bonnies weirdos out right from the beginning.
Most of the games against them are competitive and close at least for much of the game, but at the same time they’re 3-24 against us. Last year was a perfect storm situation for them to finally knock us off.
Their coach seems to be able to get them to play tough defense, so I would expect they’ll hang with us for awhile. I think this one ends up a solid double digit SU victory by the end though. We look to have quite a bit more talent and experience than them.
