I honestly do not know how we are going to compete in ACC play. I just don’t know.

We seem slow and unmotivated. We should be up big but giving them offensive rebounds and giving up totally open shots is so bad.Albany is a smaller team which will end very soon.

This defensive strategy of doubling the ball handler and switching our big onto their guard is so foolish. Did it many times tonight and other games and all it does is confuse our D into losing track of a player who gets a wide open look. And it drags our big 15 feet away from the hoop so they can’t rebound and then FLJ complains about our rebounding problems.

You play great defense with 40 seconds left and get the rebound, Schmidt makes an absolutely horrendous turnover. You then get another chance to take the final shot and Wolley goes brain dead and commits a horrible charge with 11 seconds left on the shot clock. What were they thinking? This team is going to really struggle in the ACC. They lack quickness all over the court.
