Deion talked a lot about oline problems being their main issue lately, so that sound familiar. He made a comment about how it's hard to find good lineman in the portal because they are the hardest to find, so the good ones tend to stay put.

I’ll be curious to see what Deion does post Shadeur. He brought a legit P5 QB but it’s also his son. How he follows that up will ultimately define his stay at Colorado.

Based on the small number of recruits they have i assume he’s planning on making another huge splash in the portal. For some reason I don’t think he will have an issue attracting top end talent. They have the skill players and have show they can light up the scoreboard with Lewis offense. If they don’t have a line of kids around the corner allowing him the pick of the litter i will be a bit surprised.

I'll never compare any other coach to Deion. He has unique name recognition no other coach has ever had that he can leverage in recruiting like nobody else can in the NIL/portal era.

We certainly had enough impact players on offense that Dino took full advantage of. He’s never recruited the depth of playmakers on O that he inherited from Shafer.

CO seems positioned to go 7-6 ish, 8-5ish this year, a huge jump from 1-11, and repeat that climb next year, maybe getting to 9 wins or higher. Could be wrong.

SU would field an insane team if we could find a coach with half the charisma and pull that Deion has. I thought we had that in Babers after those speeches went viral, but it all stopped.
