no victory by a team north of the mason-dixon line over a team south of said line shall go unpunished. 50 demerits and a public reprimand for such an offense.

I seem to remember that game in the Dome when we beat #1 Clemson. They were pulling this left and right. I think about 50 Clemson players had cramping. Oh but that was on us also. Weren't we blamed for creating a too hot playing environment? Yup the too hot North.

exactly been going on forever now. OF COURSE they picked Syracuse to enforce it.

Reminds me of the NCAA hoops stuff where we took the brunt of punishment vs say NC who created a whole curriculum to keep their kids eligible and the line was coined that should be used here that "the NCAA was so pissed at UNC that they gave SYRACUSE another 6 months probation!"

Just looked it up, 1 team in all of college football has been fined for faking injuries . It just so happened it was Syracuse after rolling over the ACC Kingpins . Total unadulterated BS
