Edit: Oops - didn't see DocFlanders' post. He beat me to it.

See my earlier post for a better statement that could still be referenced rather than answering any questions.
I'm tired of SU always apologizing. We seem to be the only major AD that never pushes back. Have we learned nothing from how we've handled our past issues and the results vs how everyone else handles theirs?
It's possible they were following the script and were advised to be so blatant about it that the conference had to respond. Now precedent has been set and Cuse can point out, in press conferences, every time it happens against us.Two guys went down at the same time. One of them wasn't following the script.
Put tip jars up at all the gates before Duke, and we'll have $25k no problem.
We were already on the watch list after so blatantly faking injuries on the Tenn game. If you’re gonna do it, don’t make it so obvious…
Agree with you. I went back to watch and they do score on the next play. I get Klubnik bitching about tempo, but realistically you’re losing by twenty points and you need time. SU stopped the clock for them. Gave them a free timeout. And they score on the next play. Show some e appreciation for the Northern hospitality!!My guess here is the conference already had the skeleton of the release written about SU mid last week with a placeholder to fill in on the play to highlight. Seriously, we must have known this was a high possibility to be coming.
That said, I rewatched the games and watched specifically for Rickie’s incomplete passes (I was happy that on my eyes only 1 was a bad / ill advised throw) and fake injuries. And this one was the only one I saw - and it sure as hell didn’t hurt Clemson as the scored a TD the very next play. This was like a lifetime achievement award, OK, that is if the season thus far can be a lifetime. It was coming to us at some point no matter what.
However, the Whitney-B*tching by the Clemson QB is something I would have hated our QB doing. Especially when it really happened ONCE in the game and immediately was followed by a TD pass. Just a horrible look.
So the next question... How much do we get fined if we beat Miami at Miami?
Any word on whether this reprimand will end up on Fran Brown's "permanent record?"
I messaged about the bs use of that picture for that headline.
I used to care about conference solidarity, getting represented in the polls, whatever monetary gain comes from that.
I’m done.
Cuse or nothing.
I present you with Georgia Tech vs. Clemson from 9/13/2025. Go to 2:20:21 of the video. Watch #8 for Clemson. During the play and the aftermath. Clemson doesn’t get fined for this???? Give me a break.
Not sure how long you've had that avatar, but kudos!I messaged about the bs use of that picture for that headline.
Ah. Good. I stand corrected.Yes we did have one on and he was really nice
He said nothing about faking injuries

In the 2 games that Riddick has covered SU this year I think, overall, he has been balanced and knowledgeable.Even in the last game these announcers were so openly cheering for Clemson. Everything that happened was spun for them.
Agreed, love when he is doing coverageIn the 2 games that Riddick has covered SU this year I think, overall, he has been balanced and knowledgeable.
