You may be the only person that has ever said that. Ever. The humidity in the Dome is a joke, hence the absurd sweating leading to constant cramps on the field by the players.

I was going to post earlier: I've only ever been ONE place that I would legitimately say has "dry heat": Phoenix. Not even close anywhere else I've ever been.
