Is this from a reliable source? What exactly does “signed” mean. Who is the contract between. If NIL is separate from the schools can I assume there are 2 different signings? One the traditional agreement to attend a school as a student athlete and another through an independent NIL cooperative. Do they sign both together? Is it possible one was signed but not the other in this case and therefore the transfer is not completed? This process is very confusing.
