I was given tickets, but when I try to log on from my phone, it says I am not allowed access. I figure it’s a Google setting, but I can’t figure out what I need to fix or change. Thanks

The ticket office might be able to help you. Can you log in to your account from a laptop or desktop.

Yea, I can log on from the desk top. Finding a human at the ticket office is like looking for Big Foot

VPN could be the issue, put it on pause
