And if they paid him the additional money, what's to stop the running back, or wide receiver from demanding the same?
Then you have more of your players doing the same thing. You end up putting yourself in a situation that you won't win.

Tennessee went through Spring practice with Lamalaeva as QB1. Now, you can flush all that down the toilet. I'm sure they have a very good back up, but it's still a big deal.

College sports are just weird now. I keep thinking about that 10 x 10 foot triple I lived in my freshman year at Day. (Which was just fine for this 18 year old).

Then I think about the Lamborghinis nshit the Shedeurs of the world have on campus.

It was a big deal in my day that Derrick Coleman had a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Oh my! The horror.

I’m that old man now.

I had to triple in an all male dorm at Oswego. Fortunately my roommate was an industrial arts major and we built a sweet loft and had a mini-fridge, stereo, couch and desk below with a view of Lake Ontario

It was generally pretty awesome.

In all reality this sort of sucks for us as of now, as we have no game film on who their QB1 will be for the opening game.

It's really going to suck when programs start playing musical chairs at QB that will come from the trickle down of this.
