I don’t think Heupel is that great a coach.
UCF always leaked oil defensively under his tenure.

Herman would be an upgrade IMO.
Heupel isn’t bad though. Tennessee recruits for itself.

Herman is the better coach for sure. Huepel has a great offensive mind. He will have to use the resources he has to get a quality defensive staff.
