Part of our issue is that our players on D just aren’t that good. I was worried about Tank & Rooks, pass rush, and starting a freshman DB. Doesn’t mean we can’t improve or beat lesser teams, but we still don’t have the horses. We lost our best DT and replaced him with Rooks. Not an even trade.

Again, that said, score out of half and make a stand. There’s a lot of time left in the game. But we obviously need to suck it up.

We have got to have somebody better than Deuce. When tank blew the tackle, watch how Deuce had an opportunity to clean it up, and ran right by the play on a terrible angle (again).

The very next play he’s playing 15 yards off a receiver, and after the easy completion gets juked badly.

He is not good. I have no idea why this guy gets the playing time he does.

I played high school football for a couple years before I got hurt. Was a lengthy kid, prolly could have played D3 at best. I could tackle better then this, they taught us how to wrap up and gator roll when I was 5.

Keep the kids head in it and don’t hand it over to Tennessee and make them earn it then get to work. There is certainly talent to work with. E Rob though has to clean things up quickly. It’s year 2 and the same issues persist.

I get all the hate on ERob, but we don't have any dudes on defense. At least last year we had guys like Wax, Cinco, and Barron. Our talent level on that side of the ball is extremely poor.

Our HC was a DB coach. I gotta trust him as a talent evaluator. He hyped Samuels a lot. Duce and Grant are vets. We have some pieces.
