Biggest takeaway is the effort was certainly there. The kids battled throughout.

Fire Robinson is very premature. But he certainly needs to improve.. a lot. Was hoping his scheme would be better this year. My question is - what is our scheme on D? What are we trying to take away from the offense? I've been asking this same question since last season.

Offense and Angeli looked solid against an elite defense and will improve as the season progresses. Good foundation to work with there. Willis looks like a stud, should be getting higher percentage of the carries going forward. He's our bell cow.

- Was not a fan of this game the second it was announced. Tenn home game, they are a really really bad matchup with a young team.

- Huepal or whatever his name is had an answer to pretty much everything. In fact, I found that qb very average but in that scheme he should be serviceable. He ran circles around E Rob.

- I thought the ball came out nicely for Angeli. To me he was fine, if you look around the country QBs generally struggle in the first week in terms of errors.

- It will be good to get home. Let’s hope some of those organizational errors and penalties are week 1 things.

- Willis looked great.

- Cook looked great.

- We have a massive talent issue on defence even beyond Erob calling. There just isn’t a lot of dudes back there. One thing I do think there is some semblance of talent there in the corners, Samuel had a rough debut, but I’d prefer to just live and die on the blitz and let the corners sink or swim.

- Way too passive at the line.

- Don’t throw in the towel and be a Debbie downer. Assuming everything checks out these next two weeks this is excellent practice for Clemson. Let’s see.
