He was a great recruiter here? I don't remember it that way. I also don't know how we measure that he is respected by other coaches, programs and doners. On the donor front, I guess we will see how much NIL they get to use.

No Head coaching experience. No experience that I know of on the other side of the ball. I'm honestly not knocking the guy. I just don't see the great value. Other than keeping the guys we want to keep and if it is a close call, I can see that. I don't know who else we could get.

Yeah, maybe he is good. But I have no way of knowing that. It looks like he is a guy that JW knows. And respects. And that as always with JW, is the deciding factor rather than do a real search.

I actually don't have any worries about that. If he does well and leaves, so be it. The doing well part is the important part. Oh, if it is White, we need to make the hiring public as soon as possible. No need to drag it out if he is the guy.
