The 2022 Sean Tucker Thread...

Any of you old folks remember Jim Brown after being tackled? It looked like he was hurt and always slow to get up and then boom, he'd get the ball and do his thing. Tucker reminds me of that. He'll get there, he's a hard worker and this OL will start doing their thing as well.

I also think that Isaiah Thomas was starting to "get it". I hope he's not out for long.
If we keep spreading it around, I think we have enough guys, once we get Thomas back.
Im pretty sure he used up his eligibility after he retired from the Pistons.

Gotta respect Sean, fine young man, hard working and exceptional talent. Nice guy in person too.

I remember him saying in a video that he did that because that was the only rest he was going to see all day so he would keep himself energized and ready for the next play. Meanwhile I got yelled at whenever I walked on a football field because you never walk on a football field, 40 years after JB. LOL.

What if I told you Sean Tucker leads the ACC in rushing and is 9th in the nation in rushing yards, while already eclipsing the number of receptions he had all of last year?
What whaaat?!

You jumped the gun a little. He's at 19 catches, last season he had 20.

But yeah, his per game averages are now 109 yards on the ground, 5 a carry, almost 4 receptions per game for another 35ish yards, and better than a TD per game between the ground and air.

Thanks Wagner

You know, a game like that could really give them a boost, even though they will be facing a much more athletic opponent in NC State. Just getting into your blocks and being successful in opening holes can do wonders for your confidence. They pushed around Louisville in the opener. Hopefully we can see more of the same.

It’s not like he didn’t pile up stats vs our weaker opponents last year and it’s not like everybody in the country has a couple get right games that help pad your stats . Tucker still rushed for over 100 vs Louisville and UConn
Yup, it doesn’t matter how you get them. We are oddly hard on our own players at times.

I saw him say he did it because he didn't want anyone to know if he was actually hurt causing him to get up slow. If he got up slow everytime, nobody would know the difference.

Tucker is #10
Nationally in average yards per game
