They are a decent team this year, but I think that’s the best Shady is capable of. He’s certainly NEVER exceeded that.

They were gifted as easy a schedule that they are likely to ever see again in conference this year.

Still looking like a 8-9 win year for them is possible because they strong D, ground game, and specials.

That's enough to overcome coaching and poor QB play.

UCLA and Michigan State should be wins for them. They likely steal two out of the rest.

This is vintage Rutgers football. Outplayed by VT and Washington but won, then play a team with a defensive pulse, (Nebraska barely had an offensive pulse) and lose in a pathetic effort. They came away with ZERO points the first 8 times they had the ball in Nebraska territory. I watched most of the game by the pool at Caesars, enjoying the offensive incompetence. Schiano is the worst game day coach ever.

Today is my first chance to actually watch a little Rutgers football. Highly unimpressed. Shady's offense is so boring watching paint dry is more exciting. One first down and 0-4 on third. Shady's defense is being bossed around like the pansy Shady is.

Sure, Rutgers has had some injuries to starters, but with the ratings their recruits receive, they should be plug-and-play, not serious drop offs. Anyway, Wiscy is up 14-0 and just received a punt at the end of the first quarter. Wiscy will also start the 2nd half with the ball. Anyway, Wiscy is having their way with Rutgers and is marching again. I have to leave this game or I may start feeling sorry for Rutgers... Nah, that's not likely to ever happen.

In other news, Syracuse fan djorange1989 has been sued by Cro-Magnon for libel in equating Rutgers offense to Cro-Magnon. The Cro-Magnon have some evidence in that their throwing game was successful enough to survive in the game of their day and develop further as opposed to Rutgers who has yet to progress from their respective days of their alleged shared national championship in football.
