The all-inclusive Rutgers dumpster fire thread...

Some serious recent body shots here. Well done.

It looks like an Atlantic City casino to me. Come to think of it, they probably hired those architects to design it.
I was going to say it looks like a bad version of an 80s video arcade.

Season tickets 16k plus. Ouch. They’re banking on single game ticket sales yet they are selling tickets to the home opener at UMass at $40-$80. Yikes. They’re chopping their ticket sales every season.
I can hear the laughter at my home in Basking Ridge.

It’s made it’s way to Old Bridge as well. I think I’ll go lay flowers outside of Sitkowsi’s house.

Word is coach's aren't happy with Sit's progress. The transfer they got is nose to nose with him. No starter has been named.

SHI(t) is to the bottom of your shoe as Rutgers is to the B1G. Annoying and super hard to get rid of, the smell absolutely stinks and no one enjoys having them around.

You know what they say... "when air passes SHI(t), it stinks".

Here are Rutgers’ 2018 scanned ticket numbers, with its announced-attendance figure in parentheses:

  • Texas State: 23,303 scanned (40,124 announced)
  • Buffalo: 17,222 scanned (34,574 announced)
  • Indiana: 15,880 scanned (32,056 announced)
  • Illinois: 17,302 scanned (36,702 announced)
  • Northwestern: 16,096 scanned (32,514 announced)
  • Michigan: 24,750 scanned (43,768 announced)
  • Penn State: 25,941 scanned (44,840 announced)”
Yikes!

They must’ve donated a lot of tickets to people (schools, etc.) who simply weren’t interested. I suspect that Rutgirls fans may have been outnumbered by fans from Michigan and PedState.

They may just want to close the upper deck at SHI... stadium to save costs.

Amazingly, many of the B1G fans who bought seasons in 2015 have realized they can simply buy the single game ticket. I'm not sure whether to be impressed that B1G fans learned that quick or that Rutgers is still conning so many to buy season tickets.

I wonder what our numbers are.

I wonder what our numbers are.
When Dr Gross was the AD, they gave away a lot of tickets but never had numbers like this (50% of tickets ‘distributed’ actually used).

I suspect the Rutgers people are flat out lying about ticket distribution to try and keep the appearance of a D1 program.

These days, the SU athletic department doesn’t give tickets away any longer. The only way to get a ticket is to buy one.

Our no show rate has to be exceedingly low. You can confirm this with a quick glance at the stands. Great job turning things around by John Wildhack!

It’s not easy starting at the bottom but that’s where we begin. Sitkowski put forth the lowest grade we’ve ever given to a full-time starter at any level as the Rutgers passing offense was a disaster by all accounts last year. Good thing for the Scarlet Knights is that they have nowhere to go but up. If McLane Carter can displace him as the team’s starter, it wouldn’t come as that much of a surprise.

They have a thread over there on the dome. Ignorant fools.

Rich -- considering they just named their place something like Pis* Stadium to try to close their $25 million budget deficit.
