i think the team is mature enough to perform for devito--because they want to win no matter who the qb is. if what babers says is true, then the team bonds for the greater good. devito has shown me the leadership, with poise,presence,and performance.
dungey is solid gold orange--just like bill hurley if not better. he will still contribute either the qb who comes in to save the day, take over when things are bad, or make the palys to win a game.
