does it matter to you if he's hurt? We're 17th in the country at 39 ppg and there's multiple threads of wanting to bench our 4 year starting qb that is creating the majority of those points on his own. Just completely idiotic.

If we're still scoring 37 while he's hurt then no it doesn't. He's the least of our problems.
If he really is hurt then he shouldn't play. Too many gimme passes the last 2 weeks didn't land.
Otherwise 37 should always be enough to beat Pitt when we don't give them a red carpet to the endzone.
yards are a better predictor than points. seems like we go through this every yearIf we're still scoring 37 while he's hurt then no it doesn't. He's the least of our problems.

a lot of this fear is about expectationsSpecial Teams is the least of our problems.
People should stop blaming one thing. I know the human mind isn't built that way when it comes to sports fans.
37 points didn't win us a game, so we need to score more than 37 points. Is our QB too injured to do that, and could the backup possibly lead us to more (ONLY because of a QB1 injury)? These are the things that I'm quite certain our coach is thinking about during the bye week.
I think this board was out of control from late Saturday afternoon until Sunday about 6 pm or so. After the first 24 hours most posters found their equilibrium.
Yeah. Usually a team doesn't get better tackling in the middle of the season.a lot of this fear is about expectations
the offense needs to get better quick because i don't think the defense can

I'm in the camp saying don't bench Dungey, but give him a breather now and again and have T-Shirt Time sling it for a series or two.Everyone saying they want to bench Dungey seems to be saying that because it’s obvious that Dungey is injured. I don’t think that’s a particularly crazy suggestion.

Exactly ... Ollison ran 8 ypc and almost 200 yards on us but no one's asking if our LB's or safeties are hurt.If we're still scoring 37 while he's hurt then no it doesn't. He's the least of our problems.
