We were all told this past week that the team and the coaches have not quit on this season and that it's absolutely killing everyone involved on the team to go out like this.

I hope that is true, even if it's not evident on the field.

He already said Robinson is returning. Big mistake. I understand loyalty but the biggest problem with a lot of head coaches is that they don’t make the hard calls. If Robinson stays he needs to have his pay cut in half at least. If he does want the pay cut he can leave. Use the money to get a better play caller for D.

Well I disagree I think The DL had 0 talent , the secondary was fine and the LB was below average. Thr coaching staff needs to be better need a lot of people off this team staff and personnel alike.

Fran said Angeli and Collins were locked in a fierce QB battle. Fran says things.

I can’t imagine Robinson will be DC anymore. Maybe Fran keeps him on staff to coach DL. Or maybe Robinson slinks away because he doesn’t want to be humiliated.

But I wouldn’t pay attention to what Fran says. He lies sometimes.

I hate saying this…I’ve been a fan since the 70s, and I can’t recall a team that has concluded their season with such a whimper. This was the most uncompetitive team at season’s end that I can recall. I understand that happens, but the end of this season was inexcusable on many levels. We have talent. There is no way we should have been this uncompetitive.

We’re at a real low point in Syracuse athletics history. Football is historically bad and the basketball team is terrible. Time to clean house. Wildhack, Brown and Autry all need to be shown the door.

Probably part of the problem is that the chancellor is a lame duck. Though, I don’t know this would be KS area of expertise to lead the fix.
