This is reassuring

Jim does being Buddys father influence the amount of time he gets to play each game?
I will ask this question.

Good start to the question. But all you have to say is Jim what do you say about the perception that you allow Buddy to play through mistakes that you wouldn't allow current or past players play through. There is a developing feeling amongst the fan base of Nepotism.

Can we be serious. Pat, Steve, any regular JB show caller they probably have an open line saved for these guys. Ask a tough question people are wondering when it comes to Buddy treatment and playing time.

I highly doubt they save an open line but much like the bball team we need some new blood on the call in show and your definitely the guy.

Hulk that is going to cause JB to attack.
He deserves hard fair questions.
He won’t answer that nor would I expect him too.

How do you figure he won't answer that ?

That should be fine. I'm planning to ask him why we are 228th in the country, (and now worse), in three point shooting.
His answer will be something to the effect of "because we're not making more shots"

Contesting almost every shot in the half court isn't that hard. Forget the 3/4. Kadary with nobody shorter than guerrier or Brass extending aggressively up top the entire last 10 minutes JBA at the 4 even. Beat at all 5 positions on both sides of the ball in the halfcourt; the answer is and will never be a 3/4 press.

No joke that just made my night.
That was hilarious. I don’t listen to Jim Rome but that would totally rattle me and I wouldn’t trust my audience after that.
Wow, I am really shocked you've never heard that. Legendary call from many, many years back (just checked... 2005... wow). Really a classic. My dad always loved listening to Rome back in the day. Was a "clone", as he called his fans.

But that call is unreal. Larry Brown's crank.

He was national right? I don’t listen to national sports radio. That was
Funny and I can’t imagine how insane you had to be to call into that show.

I really do not know. But he was certainly wicked popular. That call just stands the test of time. Toby in Houston.

I’ve just never seen it played. I always thought it was a hypothetical defense. Like a thought experiment
it’s a high school junk defense. That would only work if the other 3 players on the court can’t make any shot that’s not a layup.
