but if they devalue the seats and no one moves they are even worse off.

if you made the sidelines and the endzones the same price i'm still not sure i would move at this point, if you change the 0-20 yd line to the same cost as the endzone you may move people from the 30s down.

unless there are lots of ghosts buying expensive tickets, the downside is limited.
