Transfer Portal question

Sorry if this has already been answered, but are they going to allow athletes to transfer again without having to sit out a year? I understand why they allowed it last season, but everyone this year has played a full schedule. And if a decision hasn’t been yet, I’m assuming they should make one sooner rather than later.

It's a permanent rule change.

Everyone gets 1 free transfer.

Only players who were on a team in 2020-21 get the extra year.

extra year thing is really gonna mess with all career stats. meaningless comparatively.
