OG is a unique situation though as his father made NFL money for a long timeEh, not really.
Some of our studs - OGII in particular - have gotten BIG offers to leave in the past, and did not.
Already or was scheduled too? I have no idea how these contracts play out but I hope whatever money that was going to be spent on him is being retained. He did get paid, SU gave him a significant NIL bump.

I get not being held hostage.we did pay him. someone else came along and offered more after he agreed to stay. we can't be held hostage by ever SEC/Big Ten program that tries to poach our guys. He knew what the deal was here.
I doubt he ends up in a place like that no matter the money. He would kill his draft stock.Watch him end up at a bottom feeding SEC school like Arkansas or Miss St, who’s about to fire their head coach. It’s all about the money now in college sports
Someone said Oregon. Former WR coach and passing coordinator and a big bank. Pena probably had a good relationship there as well. We paid higher from what you said, can't overpay if a school goes huge.we did pay him. someone else came along and offered more after he agreed to stay. we can't be held hostage by ever SEC/Big Ten program that tries to poach our guys. I will say… could be a “all options open” and allows for negotiations. Maybe Fran can point to him and nice more NIL from donors/companies. Idk just wishful thoughts. It’ll be tough because he will have some dominant programs on him immediately. He ain’t gone yet.
This is the way.Well some extra NIL cash is now available to us, let’s freaking use it well
