Tyler MF Roberson

I can only think of one better I watched, and it's been at least 12 years. Nick Collison with 22 very Texas I think.

Someone posted: "The last Time an SU player had 20 rebounds was when Rick Jackson had 22 rebounds against Detroit on 11/16/2010."

Unreal. I don't think it's hyperbole to say that was one of the greatest individual efforts in 'Cuse bball history. I can't praise him enough.
Yes. As the announcers noted, the 12 offensive rebounds tied Billy Owens, but he did it against I think they said Niagara, as opposed to Duke on the road.

Funny you say thisssssss.

My wife is currently pregnant with a boy, she asked me about 3 minutes after the game was over what names I am thinking about, I said Roberson.

She didn't love it but if we can beat UNC at Chapel Hill while he goes off for 15 and 18, it's a done deal.

Congrats brother. Didn't know you had another one on the way. Nicely done.

Light bulb is not only going on, but he's starting to produce consistently.

And we need every bit of his toughness inside.

The team has started rebounding better the last 5 games or so--and it is no coincidence that it has coincided with Roberson starting to really come on.

Sure, but Boeheim's return also has led to our guards dropping back on the defensive glass with some positive results.

That said, Roberson is an absolutely brilliant rebounder and I think more run for him, along with increased confidence after such a strong game, could create a positive feedback loop. He's very talented; perhaps there's more to come.

I harp on Roberson disappointing me all the time because of his undeveloped skills and his tendency to fall asleep on defense, but man, he played a hell of a game last night. I had to listen on the radio for most of the game, and you would literally hear his name like every 5 seconds. Hopefully we can continue to build on this momentum!

Same. He was the best athlete on the floor. His alertness and commitment to grabbing those boards was awesome to see. Where has this left hand prowess come as well?! These lefty baby hooks as well as of late have been nice. I was watching at the ATL airport bar with some Duke fans. It was niiiice! (said in the Borat voice)
