Lack of fight is too. Still though - you can't have that kind of garbage call. Blowout or not it changed everything. Do we still lose? Most likely but there was only one outcome once that call was made.

It will be forgotten because of the blowout. The lack of fight is square on Dino. That said walking off the field after that call would have been just fine too. Same outcome.
