Blocked a punt. Ball bounced back to the punter who took off running.

Knocked out of bounds short of the sticks, but refs gave him the 1st down anyways.

Syracuse football will NEVER be able to compete at the upper
level of the ACC. Geographic location, facilities, and a small fan base
will always be an obstacle. If the schedule is favorable they could pull off
an occasional 8-9 win season, but it will NEVER be a program that can
attract top level talent to generate a top 25 type team year in and year out.

I still can't believe they reviewed that blocked punt and gave them a first down. Actually the most egregiously bad thing I've ever seen watching college football.

That might be true, but it ain’t officiating that cost us this embarrassment. Refs could call a holding penalty every other play on NC and they would still march up and down the field at will.
