You can see it on TV, he bowed to them and that's what caused it.

Watching the replay, it looked like LA spit, or blew snot from his nose on the VT sideline right in front of the kid in the yellow shirt who was helping signaling the plays. I don’t know if it was deliberate or not. But that’s what it looked like.
