My daughter plays volleyball for Westhill and we played and beat Lancaster in a tournament last year. She is an impressive athlete. Would love to see her in Orange.

Syracuse had been recruiting her since the 8th grade! Since when does a NY State kid go to Mississippi State and not even visit Syracuse? This is what the NIL landscape looks like now and moving forward. Unless we figure out a way to compete with the NIL deals that these players their schools are offering,we will not be in the conversation with these top tier players!!! And…. It isn’t the Coaching Staff’s fault!!! Our recruiting message is as st you my as anybodies…..but it is about more than that now!!!

Geezum, I hope the staff has a Plan B C for recruiting. It won't matter how good the staff is if their NIL is not competitive...Maybe the University and the community will just never be that interested in women's basketball? It would not be the first time SU missed a very obvious boat.

The community is pumping a ton of NIL money into football and MBB, but there's only so much to go around.
