I think, since the beginning of time itself, there's been a specific square block area up there, where almost anything goes. This #5 for 2013 just affirms what most Townies have known about for EVERY YEAR of their entire lives.

Everybody at Oswego claims we are the best party school. In reality, it's all Greek life and bars. I wouldn't say best PARTY school, but it's up there for "best place to consume massive amounts of alcohol."
