First I want to qualify this by saying that I don't recall all of the players who are out this spring.

So, I apologize if I include stuff that we won't be able to see.

I also am not expecting a lot of offensive fireworks - I suspect that we will not see a lot of new things - and that's fine with me for now.

(1) I want to see Jarrod West, Adrian Flemming and Keenan Hale show us a combination of improved speed and athleticisim; (2) I want to see an improved J. Kobena catch the ball more efficiently; (3) I want Ameen Moore run a lot and show us more speed; (4) I want to see our LBs quicker to the ball; (5) I want to see our secondary tackle effectively - no more instances where the ball carrier bounces off in the flat; (6) I want to much better punting - much more hang time; (7) I want to see Robert Trudo at center; (8) I want to see Durell Eskridge finally play at a safety position; (9) I want to the young OL, Kristoffer Curtis and especially, Nick Robinson - I want to see if this kid is the kind of surprise player that I am really hoping he is; (10) I want to see Ashton Broyld throw the ball a bit - at the very least, in warm-ups and (11) I want to see a team that is overall bigger and stronger.

Of your list, I'd really like to see #11 first and foremost, but then I think there hasn't been that much workout time since December. Definitely need to see that one in August.

#1 - Hale especially, and #8 are also high on my list. As is a QB running the ball, although not sure how much of that will be on display Saturday. Should be on display in the fall.

I think of your list, the only things you will not be able to see are #3 and #7, those 2 are out for the Spring I believe.

I want to see a dominant performance from Nassib.

And I want it to be because the '5th-year senior light bulb' turned on and he's primed for a breakout season. Not because our secondary stinks. (flashback - Joe Donnelly running past Willie Ford into the endzone in April of '02).

I want to see no major injuries during the spring game. Other than that I like your list OrangePA.

All good thoughts. Pretty sure 1/3 of 1), 3) and 7) are not happening due to injury. Like others, I hope the practice does not include any further injuries. Last year was a nightmare with the number of players hurt and we are not off to a good start for 2012. I don't remember having so many important players hurt before the spring game in the past.

AAM and Trudo are recovering from off season surgery and will not be playing.

West missed the Rochester scrimmage with an injury and his status is undetermined.

The first, second or third 1/3 of 1) won't be happening?:(

i think willie ford tackled him 8 years deep in the end zone and injured him if i remember correctly (someone did). shocking cheap shot for a intrasquad scrimmage.

Cost him the Heisman.

I want to see DM's sideline emotion. That is the single most important factor heading into the season.

I want to see a deep ball that isn't over/under thrown by 10 yards.

I would love to see this, also want to see how the LB core looks and most off all no additional injuries we have enough problems.

Durrell Eskridge
Oliver Vigille

Double, triple, quadruple like. One of the biggest keys to the season (IMO).

I want to see Ashton Broyld throw the ball.
I want to see Ashton Broyld run the ball.
I want to see Ashton Broyld catch the ball.
I want to see Ashton Broyld kick the ball.
I want to see Ashton Broyld block.
I want to see Ashton Broyld tackle.
I want to see Ashton Broyld coach special teams.
I want to see Ashton Broyld bartending at Club 44 after the game.
I want to see Ashton Broyld win every faceoff in the lacrosse game afterwards.

Good stuff.

I would like to see how the DL performs, especially the ends. Crispness from the offense, plays that develop quickly, decisive calls from Nassib, a general sense of urgency and speed in execution.

And I'll second Jake's bit about an accurate deep pass. So much else is moot unless this basic skill can be exercised.

Definitely want to see Shu Mungwa - Coach Marrone seems high on the kid.

Henderson LOVES Shu. If he wasn't hurt all last year he might have got time at safety when Marko and Phil were down at the end of the year.

I want to see Ashton drop back into coverage on Andrey Baskin.Afterwards I want to see old Utica Club Vincenzo Giruzzi tag team in with Jon Bones Jones.
