But here is one.
The girl made the complaint at 4:01am, for an incident that allegedly happened between 1:30 and 2:00am. So this wasn't a situation where the girls waits until the next day, and decides to file a complaint. This was an immediate response to something.

this is what is making this confusing...FOX Sports has learned that Winston was not identified as a possible suspect in the assault until after the spring semester began in January.
then why was his name redacted in the police report that was written the day it happened. DNA evidence to confirm?
