Winter Workouts begin: Monday 2/8/2021

They're probably all working in their pods, just like football. For football, they're breathing down each other's throats, eating together, living together, working out together, etc. Sharing the same kitchens, living rooms, showers, etc. You can see some masks in there. Regardless, its not the same as some random dudes working out at the gym. They're in bubbles.. If a guy needs a little 02 when working/running? Not much different if he's in his own shared apartment eating without a mask.

May need a nickname for Queeley soon

Sean Tucker...game weight roughly 205 putting up 330 three times pretty clean. He isn't messing around about being rb#1. Love it! Low center of gravity...great strength...good vision...I am feeling multiple 100 plus yard games in Tucks 2021 future.

Question. Why in the last video lifting were they using a block of wood on their chest but not this time?

Perhaps one day they were going for power (slightly above natural max) so they used to the block for safety. Its pushing power they want to develop.

Whereas today was a natural, controlled max? Not sure.

Pain/injury is often experienced at the bottom of the lift, due to the shoulders position. It helps limit potential injury, or work through inflammation. Football wise, it helps produce maximum force through the entire range of motion.

Thought I saw one in the mirror. Could they all be vaccinated?
Most of them are probably eligible for a vaccine with their BMI. Hell, I’m an extra two scoops of creatine after a nice leg day away from being eligible lol

I do wonder how many have gotten it.

I’ve had chit shoulders since high school. I had tendinitis and ignored it because summer basketball/baseball leading into football.

If I’m doing heavy bench I should avoid going down to my chest if I want to avoid having aching shoulders the rest of the week?

No just narrow your grip and keep your elbows close to your side. A strong bench is predominantly a lat movement where I’m firing through me legs (butt Down/slight arch). Most “bad” benching is wide grip which induces elbow flare and shoulder strain.
