That's awkward.Looks like the type if he gets his hands on you, you're going down to the ground.

I doubt our OL coach will have any input on how online calls are made.Very interesting point actually. Anyone know how SDSU handled oline calls?
In football they call it pancakesThat's awkward.
Not sure, but on the left hash, I think it goes pwo? (Unless Ilaoa trimmed his mop) Barclay, shorter white dude- Koscoil or Vett?, Froumy, Kisselstein, and by the Endzone its either one of the Davis's. Leaning Dakota on frame. Almost looks like the other davis is in mid kick on the sideline.Any signs of Patrick Davis or Devon Clarke?
Don't touch. What is the significance of green jersey? Injured?

Uh, that blending of rap and "Going the Distance" did not work.
Believe it or not, actually that blending wasn't done by our media group. I can see why you may have thought that though.Uh, that blending of rap and "Going the Distance" did not work.
Ok all you weight lifters, what purpose do the stacked 2x6’s on their chests serve? It seems like they would make the lift easier (as crazy as that sounds when someone is lifting 500 lbs) by shortening the length of lift
There isn't much more to gain functionally by going all the way to the chest but increased strain on the shoulder joint increases the risk of injury.Ok all you weight lifters, what purpose do the stacked 2x6’s on their chests serve? Also its more relevant from a football explosiveness perspective to focus on the top half of the rep. Think of strengthening your punch, which translates to almost all positions. There isn't much more to gain functionally by going all the way to the chest but increased strain on the shoulder joint increases the risk of injury.
There's many ways to do it. Reverse bands lighten the load when on the chest, and increase weight as it goes up. Same deal with chains, slingshot etc. The top part works a different portion of muscles, then when on the chest. If you are strong off the chest, but struggle to get it all the way to the top? Now you're working the top portion, and gaining strength, that you may otherwise, not be able to do - while reducing the chance of injury when directly on the chest. Some lifters can get it off the chest, but struggle with the rest of the range of motion. This targets that.Ok all you weight lifters, what purpose do the stacked 2x6’s on their chests serve? Makes sense. Thanks for the info. Also its more relevant from a football explosiveness perspective to focus on the top half of the rep. Think of strengthening your punch, which translates to almost all positions.
It does but they wouldn’t normally lift that weight so it gets them the feel for it. Great tool. Not a fan of the butt up and jerk form they show cause doing that can cause major issues down the road but each coach is different. Coach parker who is still at su is a stickler for form.
