Been a painful year. I have to admit I have been a crappy fan and have given up on this year. I feel pathetic and hopeless but my god lets try to show some humor about the crappy year this has been... Single worst play this year? Thoughts?

Worst in terms of biggest impact: The pick six against duke (or was this nc state??)

Worst in terms of just God awfulness: sweep from the end zone to your bruiser running back. Just the worst ever, perhaps.

Punt return for TD by Villanova. Really set the tone for the year more than any other play that game. Huge swing.

Pick six against Maryland. Worse than NC State due to the hole that it dug us into.

Hunt breaking his leg against L'ville. I like that our backups have an inordinate amount of experience at QB, but how it transpired gives me pause.

While not a "play" I think it counts to say McF**kits meltdown was one of the low points.

I still remember the screen grab showing the simple math of their guys out numbering our guys on the perimeter. The sad thing is it didn't even take a great play to go 90 and score. That play with the teams lined up that way results in a TD probably 70% of the time.

A lot of the good ones have been taken, so I'll nominate the playing for the hail mary at halftime fiasco.
