Will share what I know. SU is in a very good spot but much like a few commits last year tomorrow is the beginning not the end of the recruitment. Just as SU remains in contact with a certain NY Wr the recruitment for Russell is just starting. Though I think some people maybe pretty happy around this time tomm.

I know a lot of things will go into Russel’s ultimate decision.
For Michigan they have a young qb that they threw a lot of nil, they recently won the national championship, they play in the B1G, a large fanbase and we do not know how much nil they are offering.
In Syracuse there is Fran who is going to keep any promises he makes and look after Russel, the nil amount is unknown, he will be an instant fan favorite being a five star and picking Syracuse, he will start as a freshman, the offense will be more pass oriented to allow him to highlight his skills and like others schools he will be able to play basketball.
Syracuse could provide him with a better opportunity overall but in the end kids make choices for a variety of reasons some that others may think illogical but it’s their ultimate decision.
I hope he comes and think he would be great at Syracuse but in the end I trust Fran will keep elevating Syracuse no matter Russel’s decision.
