He just started last night i think.Been out of the loop for a few months but Joe Tessitore is doing RAW now? That is great.
Yes. Joe’s first night on Raw was last night with Wade Barrett. He just started last night i think.
Yea I watched it, thought the matches were really good. The poor hulkster got booed off stageFirst Monday Night Raw on Netflix was good. Anyone else watch? New cameras, angles/shots, and setup all looked really good.
Hope WWE didn't sink too much money into the Huckster's beer-tie-in...:Yea I watched it, thought the matches were really good. The poor hulkster got booed off stage
LA is not his crowd.Yea I watched it, thought the matches were really good. The poor hulkster got booed off stage
I thought that hulkster’s promo was brutal and just bad. He was there to pitch his beer. I think it’s time for him to be off TV for good.I watched the first 1/2 or so on delay, probably finish tonight. Thought the intro was great. They made a lot of direct references to wrestling terms that I bet many fans don't even understand (face/heel e.g.). And some cool footage to years past.
I did see the Hogan clip though. He got booed badly. I think it's hilarious, personally, but WWE had to expect something like that. Crowds do what they do, that's part of WWE, but this is in Cali and after the political stuff that had to be expected. My buddy thought having him as the Hollywood character would have been better.
I think that Hunter got the message after last night.I thought that hulkster’s promo was brutal and just bad. He was there to pitch his beer. I think it’s time for him to be off TV for good.

“Just signed a brand new contract with the company. So I’m going to be here for a number of years,” Cole said on the show. “The company really made me feel, you know, really for the first time that I was really important to this place.”
He was asked what about the deal made him feel that way and he responded:
“The paycheck is part of it but the new regime had a lot to do with it. When I went to sign the new deal, I sat down with my wife and I’m 58 years old now and I’m like, ‘They want to get me to retirement age.’ And this is because we had talked about me getting out of this for a long while now just because of the travel and everything else. And and she was like, ‘You got to do it. This is your legacy. Like, you’re going to be miserable if you don’t finish this up the way you want to finish it up.’ And she was great about it. So, she was one hundred percent on board with it and so I’m here for a while.”

Plus 'Real American Beer'? Worst beer tie-in since 'Billy Beer':

A Brief History of Billy Beer
When the national press descended on Plains, GA, during the 1976 presidential campaign, the journalists were looking for some insight into Democratic challenger Jimmy Carter’s character. They found something even better: Carter’s hard-drinking younger brother, gas station owner Billy.www.mentalfloss.com
Same I enjoy his commentary. The new regime has made WWE really fun to watch again.Cole probably finds his job a lot easier/better and perhaps more freedom in terms of what he can say, without Vince yelling down his headset and having to deal with the Vinceisms.
I found he has been much better post Vince.
I think Cole's best moment was the night Mankind won the WWF title for the first time.WWE Makes SU Grad Michael Cole A Rich(er) Man. From Wrestling Observer:
