I have been a Syracuse basketball fan since I was 7 years old. That’s 1984! I wanted Red to succeed, I truly did! I’m just at a point where I’m shaking my head. How did we get here? I know all the reasons everyone says. Boeheim stayed to long, he wanted to coach his kids. We chose Red over Gerry because there could be backlash or BoT was pushing something. I’m at the point I just don’t care about all that crap!

I miss the times of being relevant. Taping the game because I have to work and being excited to come home and watch it. Watching on ESPN other games and at the bottoms is scrolls by #8 Syracuse defeats # 15 Virginia. We are better than this! WE ARE S.U.!

The other sad thing is my son is 20 yrs old. He was 9 yrs old when we went to the final four. He was so excited’ around the same age as me when I found my love of Syracuse basketball!! Now, we all know what now is….

Please to anyone who reads this, bring back Syracuse Basketball!! Bring it back for the fans that crave a winning team! I for one am just a very sad Syracuse fan.

It just stinks, going to pick my son up from work and having to tell him it’s not worth watching. Are you kidding me? He is dying for a good Syracuse team! We are gonna lose our fans!
