My daughter was born the evening of Troy Nunes first start on the road against Toledo in 1999. A 35-12 victory.

I loved that team so much, and that Nova game was a classic. They could have and should have won it all, if not for the AO injury. I was in New Orleans for work that week, and watched the game and College Game Day from there. It was awesome. I can’t believe it’s been 15 years. Time passes way too fast.

So much fun. Great pregame in the actual lobby of the Sheraton. The Dome was electric and we ran them out of the building…oh how I miss those days

Interesting that your daughter was born in the Dome during a game. I would have thought the beer on the ground would have made it unsanitary. Also, must have been awkward for the crowd…….

funny - that’s one of my lasting memories of that game too! every time I hear that song now it brings me back to that game. Ah, memories….
