Normally I would say that it’s due to our irrelevance and there being a better 7pm option for the ACCN but in this case BC is involved in both 7pm games (Clemson then Pitt), so I don’t know.

Nobody wants to watch a BC game. The SU/VT game should be the 7pm game over BC/Pitt, that’s for sure.

These start times stink, especially since they are home games but what can you do.

Without google searching it's been a bit since Duke / UNC was played on a weeknight but when they did it was 9PM leading into sportscenter. Probably the only time they played 9PM home games.

They don’t have the same issues with games ending after 11pm though because of ACC’s scheduling. They would get out 2 hours earlier because of the priorities set for ACC’s network scheduling.

Yeah, I feel for you guys who go to the games with a 9pm start during the week. That's rough. For me, down in FL, I just have to drag my drunk, high ass upstairs after the game. Still makes for a not so pretty morning.

Yeah, I did not anticipate ACC TV contracts being of benefit to my schedule living out west.

One would think it would be better for it to benefit fans on the Atlantic Coast

Although, we do have conference members local to the Pacific Ocean as well, so that's... still nonsensical.
