I get that I mean how are they able to acquire these guys when they have no.draft picks. I don't think their next first round pick has been born yet.

For old schoolers it's like when George Allen coached the Rams and then later the Redskins - he would trade all his draft picks for established players. He got to a SB with Washington but was unable to win it. Always had competitive teams though.
