The Washington Commanders leaked over a month ago thanks to Nike.
It’s pretty lame.

Yeah it's extremely lame. If they wanted to be consistent and not be an NFL version of the Terps I would have incorporated the Hogs into it.

Or if they wanted to go military go with grunts or something more akin to the soldier vs the guy who is giving orders. No dog in the fight but yeah- lame. And the jerseys do look a lot like Marylands

I'll be honest, I kind of liked the simplicity and uniqueness of "Washington Football Team." I would have kept that.

I was thinking the Washington Football Hogs to keep the simplicity but add the culture in. I agree that WFT was way better than this.

I'm glad they didn't go with something WNBA/MLS/Major League Lacrosse-ish like "the Washington Intensity" or "the Washington Force" etc etc. Non-plural sports nicknames almost always suck, IMO.

Huh? The Bengals didn't secure the #1 pick until Burrow had the season he had. He wasn't on anyone's radar to go that high before the season.

What I was saying that had the Dolphins had the number 1 pick they would have taken Burrow instead of Tua after what occurred during the season. Not disputing that year Tua was projected to go before Burrow.
