My guess is Gator Bowl. Also if the miracle happened, we might be in the play-off as 11th or 12th seed. Need those 2 loss or 1 loss teams with weak schedule lose more in late games, such as Indiana.

Absolutely should be. I’m not sure if there are rules outside the playoffs as far as bowl selection but we will be the highest ranked ACC team outside Miami who we beat and already played Florida. It would be a total screw job otherwise. This team deserves it. Maybe it will get some guys to play as well.

Right now, I'm thinking Pop Tarts or Sun. Miami at 10-2 out of CFP and ACC champ so probably gets Gator. Winner of ACC champ and ND in CFP. Loser of ACC champ gets Holiday/Sun. Duke at 9-3 probably to Mayo. Vile at 8-4 to Pinstripe. BC to Fenway. Schpitt to Military, GT to Gaspy. NC St, to Birmingham (as it should be).

Any bowl would be lucky to have Syracuse. We play exciting football with a legit star QB. We have a coach and players who will represent the school and bowl well. People are gonna be raving about us.

Gator wants us if McCord, OG and Wax are playing I would guess. It will be interesting to see who plays. By the way if McCord I get it. I won't like it but I would get it. Is OG staying or throwing his name in as well? Wax after breaking a leg this year may want to be healthy for any Senior bowl stuff. It's a business.

Syracuse fans will travel to Florida in decent numbers, and if you pick UF, then you have a big home crowd.
Our offense just won a shoot out with Miami and the supposed Heisman favorite.
McCord is an incredible story, and Ohio State losing to Michigan makes this a hot ticket.
For once, I think people WANT us.
San Diego might not be as interested. We probably wouldn't travel as well.

Have to think this will be it. Gator has said Florida is their top pick, and they won’t want a UF/Miami rematch. Clemson played there last year (or they are in the playoff with a win against SMU). Can’t see Louisville jumping us.

If that’s the case, legacy bowl in a great location against an SEC opponent is a dream result.

San Diego might be interested in our huge W. Coast presence. Our LA programs bring a lot to the table. I'd say W. Coast alumni could carry that for us. Add in AZ, Nevada, Colorado, Pacific NW, and maybe even Texas and you get a lot more alums. Plus those east coasters vacationing anywhere in the CA area.

I did check that there are direct flights from Phoenix to Jacksonville and also to Orlando, so Fl is a possibility. But not sure I am up for that type of travel right now. I have physical therapy through Dec. and not sure I can handle a big plane trip yet. I guess I could get a cortisone injection in my hip, which worked well for my shoulder. Big decisions will be made next weekend. I also travel alone, so would depend on if I can find a group to sit with like I did in Vegas.
