I’m happy we hired someone but hopefully whomever we hired has mad recruiting skills. The offer list of some of the guys listed on the recruiting board do not give me the warm and fuzzies. It really feels we are on to c listers in some important areas of need. I trust Dino but he needs to get some more rainmakers on the staff to close the talent gap.
