What's kind of crazy is that the ACC is so crappy that if we happen to win out (and calm down, I'm not even remotely saying we will, though it's not totally crazy), we could finish in the top half of the league -- as high as 8th if my calculations are correct.

We were preseason pick #11 so Red would have overachieved.

I tend to agree. Looks like a pretty easy path for the most part. Let's say we win the whole thing, what seed in the ncaa tourney will we earn? Maybe a 9?
